These facilities are accessible daily to the public, even for non-hotel guests, but certain areas have specific rules and schedules for safety and privacy.

• Ma’in Hot Springs Resort & Spa: A 5-star hotel known for its natural hot springs, accessible daily to the public, even for non-guests.
• Public Area Waterfalls:
  • • Family Waterfall: Measures 50 meters in height, with water starting at 55°C at its source and cooling to 45°C as it flows across the ground, suitable for families and general visitors.
    • Ladies Waterfall: A private area exclusively for women, featuring a changing room and pool where water reaches 35°C. (Currently damaged and not in use.)
• Hotel Waterfalls:
  • • Thermal Pool Waterfall: Originally reaching temperatures of up to 65°C, the water is now redirected to a pool for a natural, chemical-free bathing experience.
    • Cascade Spa Waterfall: Located within the Cascade Spa, the pool maintains a water temperature of 34°C. Water cascades directly into the pool, which is surrounded by loungers for relaxation. (Additional cost applies.)
• Public Access & Timings:
  • • Hotel guests have exclusive access to the public area pools from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM for privacy, free of charge.
    • General public access is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during operating hours.
• Important Notes & Safety Conditions:
  • • Following the severe flood in October 2018, the wadi and parts of the public infrastructure were damaged. Currently, only the second waterfall and the family pool are accessible.
    • All visitors must follow safety instructions, avoid restricted or damaged areas, and supervise children at all times due to varying water temperatures and natural terrain.
    • Visitors are advised to wear suitable footwear for wet and slippery surfaces and avoid swimming alone in deeper pools.
