Five Days in Jordan
I had 5 full days touring Jordan. Each day was full and different. Day 1 was north from Amman to visit Umm Qais, Ajloun Castle and Jerash. Day 2 was driving to Petra with a stop at Mt. Nebo and the Petra By Night. Day 3 was a full day at Petra. Day 4 started with a restful morning then a drive to Wadi Rum for a 4WD tour and stargazing. Day 5 was at the Dead Sea. Throughout the whole tour I was very well looked after by Flow Travel. I was assigned a driver and private car. The driver, Mowafaq (meaning Lucky in Arabic) was excellent. He got me where I needed to go in comfort. He made sure to ask me what i needed. He hired private guides at all the required sites. Throughout the whole tour he was friendly and cheerful. Travel to Jordan super!
We have just returned from a trip to Jordan organized by this agency for me and my family (two adults and two girls 6 and 13 years). I must say that we know we were pleasantly impressed by the excellent organization and the speed and simplicity with which all the paperwork was carried out by the highly efficient Rami. Excellent punctuality of the driver Saleh... we never waited even a minute and was always close to us translating our needs in hotels, restaurants, desert etc. Saleh was very prudent to the needs of our girls. Maximum friendliness and helpfulness from all the staff, despite in our bad English we never felt in trouble! Jordan is a safe and organized nation for the vacationer and the places are spectacular. I did not give 5 stars just for initial misunderstanding about our request for an Italian Speaking Guide that we initially understood would be with us the whole trip... and instead not as it had a separate cost. Anyway we thank Rakan for the fantastic explanation in Italian of the first day of tour in Amman and Jerash, a golden boy! Beautiful tour of Jordan organized optimally for our needs. I thank Reyad Alamleh (Guide) and Mohamed Kisvani (Driver) for accompanying us to discover a country too unfairly penalized by the resonance of the conflict in Israel. Every trip is interesting but if we talk about Jordan then the right adjective is "magical". Wonderful sites such as Jerash, Petra, the wonderful desert and the very special Dead Sea can not miss in the memory of those who love to travel and learn. We were impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Saleh who drove professionally throughout Jordan from the first to the last day. jordan tour
The tour was very interesting..lovely places and the Rakan Guide speaks excellent Italian and so the explanations were very clear. Driver Saleh was very good at Guide and very nice throughout the trip and added that much cheerfulness that had to be inevitable every day. If I have to add a little criticism I would organize the tour differently. Driver makes the difference
Our trip to Jordan was part of a 3 month trip around the world. Our driver/guide for Flow tours was Mowafaq. He was amazing. Prompt and communicated well. He was the middle man when we wanted something from store. The prices are different for tourist than for locals. He was a safe driver and we felt very comfortable with him as our guide. As to the tour, the tour was an average country tour. We hit the highlights, Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt Nebo, Dead Sea etc. it was educational and fun.
